BENLHOUSSIN LLC strives for customer satisfaction. Below are the conditions of our refund policy:
1. Eligibility
- Refunds are available if a service cannot be delivered as promised due to issues on our end.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of project initiation.
2. Exclusions
- Work already delivered or completed cannot be refunded.
- No refunds for client-requested changes outside the original agreement scope.
3. Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
